Onenote Keeps Changing Titles Portable Should TheIn fact, I just used git bash for windows to rsync a copy onto my home raspberry pi for true offsite backup. Zero data loss, and portable should the need arise. Wait for OneNote to finish backing up your notebooks.I use the 2016 client in my office and make use of the built in backup feature to store a network copy of the notebook locally, then I use an 3rd part app to zip up the backup once a week. On the right, in the section labeled Backup, click Back Up All Notebooks Now.It is extremely easy to share and add or remove members with one click. And many (3rd party) extensions. It has many(!) tools, like calendars, reminders, checklists, color-labels, tags, search functions, comments, files, attachments, tasks, custom fields, automation, etc. It works differently than ON or EN, it may need a different way of thinking, but you can set up all kinds of organizational methods. And each time syncing is a hassle and you lose your notebooks!I have found a new home and I am very enthusiastic about it!: Trello is the new EverNote/OneNote! It is extremely simple, easy and intuitive, yet it has enormous depth, multi-functionality and flexibility. I used to have all my businesses and life organized in ON, but MS keeps changing platforms, from Skydrive to Onedrive, etc.
